Wow, this routine involves alot of quad activities that may make even a well trained individual quite sore afterwards. And I have a feeling that most people reading this article won't be in very good shape to start with. Performing squats and wall sits, etc. down to 90 degrees knee bends may be excessive at first for many individuals. This should be progressed down to gradually. Also, you didn't recommend stretching for the lower extremities or back, or how to properly stretch muscles, which should be a part of any normal exercise regimen. But, this is what keeps alot of people in health care in business.
