Them dang envirowackos. There always tryin to take away are freedoms and lock stuff up.
In the article, which you didn't read, it said that they are closing the sites for winter. Remember winter? That season we have every year where stuff gets cold? If I remember right, the "envirowackos" think everything's getting warmer, so they'd hardly be responsible for this.
