Good Luck Wasps! You guys have a very good team and some great players (Davis boys, Neilson, Probst and more) This should be a great game!

Wasatch is way over confident that they are 1 of the top 3 teams in 3A. Deseret Hills has some BIG kids and will work there way throug to put the pressure on the QB, after watching the PC game it was a no brainer that the RUSH will be affective on Wasatch and doubling up on the WR Davis puts a damper on yards gained, with the QB having a concusion last week he will have to get rid of the ball more. So my prediction is DH's by 10.

The defense is to good. You say you guys can air out the ball... Then i give 3 or 4 pics to the thunder secondary. They've done great all year. With the run, the linebacker crew is always plugging holes and hitting people. The D tackles have shut down anything up the middle the whole season. They'll continue to do it even without one of their starting D tackles playing. Everything i've seen to the outside has been pummeled by the smart conrners and the big, fast, Defensive Ends.

All in all it should be a good match up seeing as the offense has struggled throughout the year. But, if DH comes out from the start and plays all four quarters than there should be no question.

I'll take DH over Wasatch.

21-14

Desert Hills riding the high of knocking off Region 9 Champs Hurricane will give Wasatch all they want and then some. In the end Wasatch pulls away in the 4th quarter for the win. Wasatch 35 DH 21

This is going to be an exciting game. I think Desert Hills has finally pulled it together. If the QB is on his game I think they will do the trick and bring home the treat. Both the coaches and players have alot more experience this year.
WASATCH | 5:32 p.m. Oct. 29, 2009
There is no way that davis will throw 3 or 4 pics to desert hills, he has only thrown 4 all season. wasatch 35-14 over DH
Warm Weather Man | 8:05 p.m. Oct. 29, 2009
As much as I would like to see DH get the win, I worry about the long trip and the cold weather. Desert Hills went on long road trips to Uintah and Emery early in the year and won. But when they played Cedar in the cold, they looked absolutely terrible and suffered their worst loss of the year. There Defense is as good as advertised and should play well enough to win. The biggest big question mark is whether or not their offensive line shows up. They have been very inconsistent this season.
Re: Warm weather man | 9:27 p.m. Oct. 29, 2009
The defense is what gave up 35 pts to Cedar not the offense. The offense actually played pretty well against the cedar D. DH lost to Cedar because of the lack of focus and because of mistakes, not because it was cold. The Thunder will be ready to play on Saturday. I promise! Both Off. and Def.

Wasatch receiver Cory Neilson will need to have a big game this weekend for the Wasps if the Region 10 runner-ups are to hold off upset-minded Desert Hills.
