It was always an honor and joy to serve with Marda. She was so devoted to serving, she even had her computer set up in her hospital room in order to stay connected. Utah is a better place because of her committed service and she will be truly missed.

She was a class act. A great legislator who had a great sense of right and wrong, very ethical and a tremendous leader on various issues. She leaves a solid legacy on many issues. She had a stoic nobility to her conduct. I was really sad to hear this and wish her family the best in this difficult time.

Another very decent human being has left the building.
Rest in peace in the presence of the Most High, Marda Dillree.

I worked with Marda for many years and always enjoyed her wonderful spirit, love of life, and work ethic. She was a great example of Christlike love to all who knew her. I am sad for her passing but recognize that we are all better off for her having been in public service.

A True Representative

Rep. Dillree was the type of person that our state needed. With people of her caliber, our state and Davis County have benefited and will forever be impacted by her work. For her family, best wishes as you mourn her passing. The State of Utah will never be the same without her.

I had the great honor and pleasure to serve for a short time in the legislature with Marda. She was a wonderful inspiration and example. I have always been grateful to her, and admired her so much for her tremendous service to our state. She will be greatly missed. Best wishes to her wonderful family.

I will never forget serving with Marda, especially the night of her induction into the Bald Eagle Forum,we were rolling in the isles. I was so sad to hear of her passing. She was a genuine honest and sincere public servant.
