Does the tone of this article seem a little snarky? I went to watch ESPN's
production and had a great time. Looked to me as if nearly everyone else did,
too. Just look at the photo's that accompany this story.

I was there in the crowd and made it on TV twice. It was so fun and so much
energy. We're the loudest fans in college football! ESPN should broadcast
from LES every week!
With this energy, we're going to do some damage against TCU today. All you trolls are saying we can't do -- just like you said we couldn't handle Oklahoma -- well just you wait.

Not a sport columnist I'm assuming or perhaps hasn't seen this show
much as as it appears Pierce doesn't "get it" when it comes to

Why isn't the Ute mascot on set? We all know that CGD came to Utah because
the Utes are the dominate program in the west. I was there and saw more Ute
fans that cougar fans. Poor showing for the cougs. My favorite coug sign,
"I love my wife" I should hope so, did your wife force you to make
that sign?

I had to work and missed the gameday broadcast live. I looked here online and
read this article and was happy to be able to read about how it went. Then the
comments are all about Scott Pierce and the article being "snarky". I
must be different because I saw nothing wrong with the article. What do you
people want the report to say?

this small crowd of 5,000 made more noise then the entire stadium during a game.
Everyone sitting on their hands and complaining about their team, then they
leave late in the third. Coug fans have no passion and why leave a game eaarly
no matter the score. You should all attend a game in the south to see what a
fan truly is.

Lee was right! That the first time for some time, now. I thought for sure that
Mr. Corso putting on the frog head would get the cougs a win for sure. I
thought is was really funny when Mr. Corso did the "head fake." I
haven't see that before. Coug fans were going crazy happy that Lee was
about to put on the "Cosmo." Not to be. A true fake on the cougs.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Cosmo's unexplained appearance
on the show (the man in costume, not the head Corso threw). That is not the
place for mascot antics. You could tell the guys were clearly annoyed
(especially Chris Fowler, who had his information ripped up). I do hope someone
has a chat with the person in costume about what is appropriate and what
isn't.

Sorry Boise Lover - I think as this plays out, the voters and computer rankings
will eventually have TCU over Boise. I hope TCU does and they get a top school
to spank. BYU's day is coming but it will take a couple more years.

If BYU wants to play in a BCS bowl game, Boise State has the recipe: Schedule
one BCS team your first game of the year so you can totally focus and prep for
that one game...then, add joke games like UC Davis for your other non-conference
games and then cakewalk thru your pathetic neo-WAC schedule. Voila! Instant BCS
qualification. You could take the top 40 teams in Div-1A and give them the
Boise State schedule and half of them would go undefeated this season.

You have to admit the officiating was questionable in the first quarter, which
gave the Frogs the momentum.
