Hats off to Delta. They have one heck of a program year in and year out. I don't know how you guys do it... It seemed like every time we marched the ball down the field, Delta's coach would call a time out and make the perfect adjustments to get the stop.

I think we pulled the short end of the stick to have to go play Juan Diego now. Bigger upsets have happened though, so who knows what can happen. No matter what, great season Wasps and hopefully we can return the favor on Delta's home field next year.

Enjoy the win, you will be out of the first round and then all you can cry about how small you are and should be in 2A. Your coach is average and as long as he is there you will never win a championship!

These last two comments are amazing. Coach Bowring is anything but average. He is one of the most respected coaches in the state. Juab islucky to have him as their coach. Every year he is pursued by larger schools, but chooses to stay at Juab. He has established a winning program year in and year out. This is far different from the decades of losing the program suffered as one of the worst in the state. So what if Juab is out of the first round, this team has over achieved considering the staggering number of serious injuries to multiple starters. I don't hear anyone around here crying about 2A. Juab is happy to play stronger competition. If winning championships is the measure, our day will come.

Who are the Gunnison Bulldogs? Do they have a football team? Never heard of them.

Nice way to finish the season Delta. One point was the difference between first and second place!! I went to every region game the Spartans played...and Delta is the Best team in the region this year. You came on strong as the season went on and you did it with great sportmanship and a great attitude. I have a lot more football and wrestling to look forward to as my boys are still young...I just hope you guys keep winning with style and keep the feeling of good sportsmanship about you. I hope you Delta boys know how lucky you are to have the great programs you have down there, I really think that is the big difference between us and you....cause we both have GREAT KIDS!!! good luck Rabbits!!

Thanks for the compliments, you have a good team also. We got the breaks when we played you guys. It's nice to be on the recieving end of those. Tradition is huge and we do have that here.

good luck to you guys in the play-offs. Sportsmanship and friendship is what it is all about and i think in this region that will be a highlight.
