Obama will turn it around and housing will go back up, please, just give him a chance. He will perform better than Bush, just wait and see.

I'm closing on a house this week, we are paying 30-35% less for it now than what it sold for new 3 years ago. People have a budget and that generally won't change much. What does change is what you can buy with that budget.
