What shocks me is that these two women missed the memo that this is SO wrong.

It progressed from inappropriate conversation to
inappropriate touching to
inappropriate disrobing to
inappropriate sexual conduct

I cannot fathom why neither one of the women stopped this the split second the conversation became inappropriate and then reported it to someone.

Just the thought of romantically kissing a 13 year old is repulsive and makes me want to throw up.

An adult that takes advantage of children should have mandatory sentencing when found guilty. What she did to this boy leaves him ever further damaged than what he was before. Could you imagine what his relationships are going to be like now that she took advantage of him? Sexual abuse is no joke for young boys despite the fools that would give the poor kid high fives. Boys are damaged just as much, if not even more than girls psychologically.

legal technicalities | 10:09 a.m. Oct. 23, 2009
She better go for a bench trial. Because a jury is not going to care about the technicalities of at school vs not at school. She meet him at school, he is thirteen.

He is so young and this is so wrong, and the women involved should be punished severly, but how on earth did it happen to the same boy twice? Does anyone know? What are the odds, really? I have questions...

I find it very sad when a young boy is involved in sexual relations at such a young age. What troubles me the most about this situation, is that he was involved with 2 women who taught him. Though i am not blaming him, i wonder what causes such a young boy to be sexually attracted to older women? I personally would never do anything with someone who is a child!!!! I worry too about the amount of sexual transgressions happening in the state of Utah! From Bishops, teachers, seminary teachers... could this be the 'sifting taking place?'
