Once they get in we just can't seem to get rid of them. Why in the world do we allow these politicians to make it their career? Term limits Please! Congress and the senate have done a horrible job for the most part yet we keep electing them.
leading What | 11:50 a.m. Oct. 22, 2009
Sorry but if you haven't noticed washington is leading us to Heck in a hand basket. Being named a leader of this is not an honor I would aspire too. Wait a second, I guess if the president is going to be award the Noble Peace prize for having good speeches then Senator Hatch is the best leader in the world. Yeah for us!

Orrin, is an honorable man and has the concerns of Utahans and the nation foremost in his mind. Having met with him several times, it is apparent, he is troubled by what is happening in Washington now and has a firm resolve to work to protect the values of democracy and freedoms we now enjoy. We must keep persons in Washington, whose corps values promote the Constitution and freedoms that are increasingly in danger of being lost. Thanks Orrin for your dedication to your state and country.

If Orrin Hatch is so fantastic, I am anxious to see what honorable action he will take on providing health care for all. He touts that he is a very religious man, thus helping all of his fellow men, particularly those who are less fortunate.
Let's see if Orrin can put away the need for campaign contributions from health related corporations and do THE RIGHT THING!

If HATCH is proclaiming that Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, is one of America's Top 22 leaders, and Vice President Klingon Joe Biden wrote the magazine's story explaining why Hatch is an effective lawmaker this should tell Utah something, and they should stop putten HIM back into that seat year after year because he has a R after his name. Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, told a national TV audience that he would like to kick the liberal MoveOn in the teeth, for a protest it held against him outside his Salt Lake City office a day earlier. MoveOn is a scurrilous organization. It is funded by George Soros. Hatch is a do NOTHING tea sipping mormon RINO. DE-SEAT him in 2010. Talk is cheap - put on the boxing gloves and really step into the ring. Unless these RINO GOP's are all cowards. That's my non-Utah view's. He's nuts also.

I am sure that in some respects Hatch is a good leader but where was he and where is he now on the Republicans position for the War in Iraq. He stood by and did not ask the questions to avoid the killing, maiming and destruction of the Iraqui people's economy and their way of life. The Republicans blamed Saddam for all of this and the reason to invade Iraq was to rid them of Weapons of Mass Destruction. And were those weapons found? But they now say we thought and what has it cost in lives losts of servicemen and women and monetarily!! His motto is the same as the other Bushmen: 'Bring them Death and They will Love you for it'. Hatch touts himself as a devout Mormon but has failed to take to heart Alma Chapter 48 that the only acceptable war in the eyes of God is a defensive one!! Hatch and all of the Bushmen as well as their Mouthpieces at Fox News are nothing but Warmongers!!!

Brother Chuck, I'm not sure if you are dumb or just an idiot. Hatch isn't up for re-election until 2012. Your lack of knowledge on the subject makes your rant all the more hilarious.

As for Lawrence L. Sights, I'm sure that the Iraqis (note that I spelled it right) enjoy a higher standard of living today as they did under the last 10 years of the Saddam rein. I've read Alma 48 many times and I think that you are mis-interpeting the whole chapter. Yes Moroni fought a defensive war (largely) but the best defense is a good offense. Re-read verse 24. Did Teancum not take the war to the Lamanites, and did he not kill a couple of their leaders? War can be right when fought for righteous purposes. That is the lesson of Alma 48. So take your Democrat talking points and sit on them.

Orrin is quite possibly the most moral man in the Senate. He tries to do what is right. I haven't always agreed with some of the things he has done, but his heart and mind are in the right place.
Term Limits | 1:25 p.m. Oct. 22, 2009
To all those who spout that we need term limits, I have a news flash for you: we already have term limits - it is called the voting booth.

If you don't like the job Hatch is doing, then vote him out of office. So far, you have not been successful because the majority of Utah's voters have not agreed with you.

This is called democracy - it is governance and rule by the the majority.

REPLY: Did someone put super glue on his chair and he sat in it and thinks he deserves to stay there until all the stars in the sky burn out, or is he really giving it up for Utah's other icon Glenn Beck?. My knowledge on the subject makes a bright person while your rant all the more hilarious when you worship that RINO like he's a god because of the R after his name. When Vice President Klingon Joe Biden wrote the magazine's story explaining why Hatch is an effective lawmaker this should tell Utah something, and they should stop putten HIM back into that seat year after year because he has a R after his name. Tea sippen Hatch touts himself as a devout Mormon, but has failed to take to heart Alma Chapter 48 that the only acceptable war in the eyes of God is a defensive one. NOT for a protest held against him outside his Salt Lake City office.

At the hatred and venom of the "nice" people of Utah. We may share a religion but I'm glad I don't have to share it in the hate capital of America. Poor Hatch, I can't imagine trying to represent you or admitting you're from Utah - yecch!

Do you ever stand back, take a deep breath, and read your own post before submitting them? To me, your style is not very insightful and rarely makes sense.

You need to quit being "all over the map." Make one point (directly related to the DN story), stick to it, and leave out all other garbage.

Hatch... Unethical Leader. Sad to see Unethical Leaders be in the top 22 list!

How about giving back that million dollars to the American people that the insurance companies gave you to protect them.

The insurance companies who took it from us who continue to get ROBBED by them BECAUSE OF YOU!

PROFITS OVER PEOPLE (Mr Hatch)

Reply back: It's people like this that TRY to negate from the org thought and point, and to cover up the fact's n truth's. It's people like this that need to leave out all other garbage and stick to the fact's n truth's, not me. I know better. They don't and cover up to much.
Bro Chuck Is Right Again | 7:28 p.m. Oct. 22, 2009
Not only is Hatch a phony tea sipping mormon, he's a RINO also. The vast majority of LDS are Democrats and there are many who believe to be a Democrat and are RINO's and they believe to not to follow the teachings of the Church and choose to live a double life within that gray area between right and wrong, and run out all GOP Members and their Family.
Hatch is a joke | 8:10 p.m. Oct. 22, 2009
What a joke! Hatch isn't a leader. Please let's vote him out next election- he has been in D.C. too l ong.

However, Chuck you are not making any sense in most of your postings and that is the problem. Nevertheless, if your approach makes you feel good, then so be it - knock yourself out.
