Way to go Davis it's about time you broke the one and done. Your luck and
skill was with you today so let it be with you Friday! Beat Alta you deserve it
this year, it's always about Alta and Brighton and it's your turn to
win a state champ. Viewmont played a great game today and they can't feel
bad about how they played against Davis. Too bad it's not Davis and
Freemont Friday.

After Viewmont's after game display last week, we were really rooting for
you to come out ahead with some class. And good luck to Alta too. It would
have been great if it could be BHS vs Alta again, but wishing the best to a very

They are moving the start time of the Davis football game on Friday up to 3:00pm
in order to let fans make it down to Rio Tinto at 7:00pm.

Congrats Davis, you played a great game but so did the Viewmont girls the score
did not show the true picture of the game. Way to go Viewmont you should all be

Funny how I hear all the Bengal fans, players, parents and coaches complaining
about the actions of the Vikings after-game celebration. I was at
Viewmont's field several years ago when they were ranked #1 and lost on
their home field to Brighton in the 1/4's. Talk about poor
sportsmanship...singing and dancing on the field in celebration. I can't
blame them for celebrating, because it was a HUGE win, but to hear you all
complainint now makes me laugh. Good season lady vikes and good luck to you
Davis...GO REGION 1!!!!

I believe the game you are referring to occurred in 2005. Different coaches,
team, etc. I am referring to the present day actions of the Viewmont team and
coach, not something that happened 4 years ago. ANYWAY...Davis and Alta deserve
to be where they are and whatever happens, it will be an exciting ending to this
year (2009, not 2005). I'm rooting for Alta because they are a team full
of awesome athletes and Brighton loves it when we come up against them. Maybe
next year...

If you watched the semis yesterday, you noticed that the handshakes etc. took
place first, and then the celebration. Brighton fans are not upset about the
celebration that took place. Viewmont had every right to celebrate. They won a
big game! It was the things that were said by the players & coach to our
players during that celebration. Unless you were standing right next to the BHS
players, you are not able to understand why we are upset. It doesn't matter
anymore anyway. Davis won a great game, that they deserved to win!

funny how both sides to the story never come out. The VHS coaches pulled their
players from the celebration and were lined up to shake hands when the brighton
coach and principal refused to reciprocate. the people that were there know
what happened the rest of you can just keep mudslinging.

Let's stop revisitng the games that are finished, what a great year, and
all the teams did their very best, Congratulations to all of you. You have all
made this season a wonderful, full of fun and exciting season. You should all
hold your heads up high, and be proud. Davis High, what can I say, but lets have
a fantastic Championship Game Friday Night. You are all beautiful, talented
young women with a lot of potential, we know you can go all the way. GO

apparently you didnt watch the game or talk to the Davis Coaches both Souli and
Matt are class and they understand how a unlucky bounce turned the game. Why
are you brighton trolls still here you got beat last week and it was no fluke
Viewmont dominated.

Beating Viewmont has "never" been easy & Viewmont came to play
hard yesterday. Credit to their coaches for preparing them properly & much

memories take it all in girls and DAVIS fan's because it is an awesome

FYI Brighton can at least give Davis a fight. If you don't remember the
last two years that we have been in the semi's against Davis and beat them
both times. Viewmont was lucky against Brighton and everyone knew Viewmont was
going to get their assess kicked in semi's and you did. Davis had an easy

After watching the fans from Viewmont in the Davis game, I tend to believe the

this is ridiculous that the "brighton/viewmont" game is still even
being talked about on here. Stop living in the past and move forward. Congrats
to the Darts and congrats to Alta. It will be a great battle Friday night and
I'm looking forward to it. Two great teams made it, they both deserve to be
there so let's focus on that instead of what happened a week ago.

Davis High - best "D" in the state, solid keeper, beautiful soccer all
around and a nice sting up top from the mids and strikers! I see a championship
coming!

It is really sad when a team can be unranked all year and when they win a big
game over the #2 team in the state and the girls and the fans celebrate we are
considered bad sports. Viewmont had a great year despite what everyone said. You
played 3 awesome games in the playoffs; of which you won 2 and lost a hard
fought battle against a good team. Hold your heads high because contrary to what
people say you did deserve to be in that semi-final game against Davis, because
you were the better team last Thursday. One "unlucky" play in the game
doesn't mean you played a bad game. In my book you are all awesome and I
look forward to the next 3 years. GO VIKINGS!!!!!
