I cannot imagine all the articles about this loser.Who cares about his medical condition and especialy his picture shown everytime there is a problem with his 'health'.He should rot in h-ell and suffer in the process.

I wonder if his shoulders hurt any worse than having a needle stuck in his body 100,000 times when he got all those tatooes?

Give me a break! He didn't think anything about the pain he caused his victim!

Of course we do have to consider that he may be innocent until he is found guilty.

The sad part of all this is the preliminary hearing isn't until March, 2010!!! At this rate, the trial won't be until 5 or 6 years after the crime!
No wonder our society is in the shape it is in!!

handcuffs

Handcuffs are a torture device. They are they same size if you are 50 or 400 pounds. If you do not believe me wear a pair of them with your arms behind your back for an hour. It is not unreasonable for them to use two pairs. Prison guards are just sadistic.

Who

Like Shakespeare said "First thing we do, let's kill all the lawyer".

katamb

I'd tie the sicko up like a pretzel! I'm sure his attorneys are court appointed -- bad for them since they have to represent a sicko and get paid next to nothing.

Rob

I bet the correctional office he 'allegedly' murdered didn't feel a thing. NOT! When it is his pain, poor baby. Obviously he is a major physical threat.

How comfortable is the family of the victim or the victim? Is anyone asking that? Strap him to a bed and roll him in so he can be sentenced for being a cold blooded murderer.

Virgie

Yes this man is easy to hate, but!!! I have RA. Not fun by any means. I can't fathom the pain if my arms were cuffed behind my back! Heres that old saying again - walk a mile in his shoes - . They shouldn't be doing anything to inflict more pain for any reason.

Mike

I have pain in my back, knees, ankles, and shoulders and I don't complain about it. Just pump this fool up with Celebrex and drag him to court. If he can't hack the handcuffs in the back, then use the handyman's secret weapon, Duct Tape, and tape his arms to his side.

Him being an escape risk is an understatement. Maybe a full body cast? My guess is his hero is Ronnie Lee Gardner, who also should have been cuffed behind and not in front. How about a straight jacket?

So Sad

The thought that he has to endure 'pain' having his hands cuffed behind his back has brought copious amounts of tears to my eyes. Poor baby!

Sick and Tired

I am sick and tired of hearing about this poor baby. He didn't consider how much it would hurt Steve Anderson or his family and grandkids that have to live the rest of their lives without him. It's been 2 1/2 years since he murdered him and not even a pre-trial yet!?!? The system is ridiculous. I hope he suffers unendurable pain every second of every day of his pathetic life!!!!!!

Come on Utah!!!

Where is the justice and compassion for the victim's family? They are people too and have to endure suffering every time this piece of trash goes to court. There hasn't even been a pre-trial yet? I wish he would have been killed at the Arby's and saved all of us a lot of heartache! Force him to go to court and get the trial overwith already! Time to see him get his just dues!

Are you kidding me!!!

March 2010?! WTF Utah?! Didn't this happen in June 2007? Is this what you call justice? I guess if you want to commit a crime, Utah is the place to go.

Utah Justice Sucks

All you have to do to get out of going to court is complain of some minor pain? I've lost all confidence in the justice system if after 2 1/2 years you can't even have a pre-trial. What on earth could possibly cause this kind of feet dragging? Are you that incompetent? The family deserves justice and better treatment than that. Does he have to be hispanic to get swift justice? I hope he suffers!
