hey i got a friend in drug court and he didn't get paid for doing what this guy got away with! Nobody showed him no mercy...and he was agitated all the time and has to come up with the dime to pay for his own classes or face the time!

after just one year he gets his record wiped clean.oh wow what a punishment,my nephew had a traffic ticket that is still on his record,talk about double standard.gee i hope the citizens of utah pay close attention to this.

Being how hard it is to actually convict a cop it there should actually be enhanced penalties.
We trust them with alot of power and that comes with added liability and responsibility.

There are supposed to be enhanced penalties for people in positions of influence, including cops.

We need to hold the judges accountable for this double standard.
