The DUP is a great organization that has preserved the history of this valley and its pioneers for many years. The museum is a wonderful place to visit for people of all ages. The members of this organization have researched and collected history to share with our generation and the many to come. Thank you for your very hard work service and dedication.

While the DUP is a wonderful organization, it does have its darker aspects. It is truly sad that the DUP supported the Daughter of the Confederacy and similar organizations that glorified the Southern way of life.
