40 years of playing Church ball proved one thing.
All LDS buildings should carpet the gyms, take the backboards and scoreboards out, and forget any of it ever happened. I can write a book on the mis-behavior of Church members on the court. No good can come out of this program.

Scrap basketball. I can't even believe this was ever made to be a conerstone of ward or stake centers. It is not inpired just mearly man making a bad choice. This needs to be reduced.

I have never met one convert who has been Baptised because of church ball. There is no mission there; just a waste of space, time and resource. It needs to go!

We had much success in our mission with people being baptized because of church basketball. Maybe it's just that the rest of you have bad attitudes toward it, especially in Utah.

I do agree with this article. People need to cool down and realize it's only a game.

I think we need hoops in the Church, we need a chance to get together. I believe in equality. Some weeks my wife is gone a lot due to "enrichment", baby showers, etc.
