This was a well played game by two good ball clubs that showed class and sportmanship. My hat is off to both of them. To bad Morgan lost #49 the Prochnow kid, he is by far best, most well rounded player the Trojans have. They will miss him.

Gforce

Good job Bulldogs. Coach Cordova refuses to let you quit! He is a class guy, win or lose, and he teaches great life values. Judge is lucky to have him.

jdoggo

The game was a lot farther apart then the score shows. Judge has a lot of class. They played a great game. I can't wait for the showdown at Juan Diego. Go Trojans!

football fan

next friday's game at juan diego will be quite interesting. the region title is on the line and i think that both those teams could walk away with it, but im rooting for juan diego all the way. their season has been incredible and they totally deserve it. they really show commitment to the team and the school and are really dedicated.

I am a Morgan Fan, but hats off to Judge, they were one of the classiest teams and coaching staffs by far that has stepped on the Morgan field this year!!

Phili Vanilli

Is this the correct score? I found two other sources that said that Morgan only scored 29 points, not 35. These two other sources do not have the Prochnow score in the third quarter listed on their scoring summaries. Someone is mistaken here.

reply Phili

Phili your 2 other sources are wrong. The older Prochnow got hurt in the 1st quarter, the younger Prochnow scored a 9 yard touchdown in the 3rd quarter. Both teams played a really good game.

Stats sent out...

The stats were sent out incorrectly and were reported as 29-28, but the correct score was 35-28

PK

It was an exciting game, Morgan is a big team. I think Juan Diego will have a difficult time stopping them.

The Official

"PK" I think the game will be a pretty good game with both team showing their best football skills and sportmanship. But, JD has a great run stopping defense and teams have not passed very well against them either.
I have watched Morgan, and I am impressed how well they run. Just ask PC how well they ran in the 2nd half against JD. I think they had a total of 38 yrds in the 2nd half of that game and couldnt pass when they had to.
The question should be, how will Morgan stop JD's offense and special teams?
I have watched a lot of 3-A football, this will be closer than normal, but I predict JD will pull this game out to a win.

J-doggo, how on Earth was this game further apart than the score indicated? Judge could not be stopped on Offense in the second half. The score was most certainly as close as it was.

Morganfan

JD is going down, we have been waiting fro this game all year, JD is not tough enough to hang with us. Morgan wins 28-7. mark it down.

morgan

Morgan is amazing and i think there going to go and play there best and win JD!!!!!! GO MORGAN!!!!

2legit2quit

morganfan, as a morgan player, i'm gonna have to give juan diego more credit than 7 points. they're juan diego come on. but i think it'll be a great game, all last season our reward for making state was gonna be juan diego, and finally we get to play. close game, neither team will have it easy, i'm pumped

JD

Morgan who? This won't even be a game. Might as well save time and give us the region trophy and while your at it, the state trophy. There is JD and then all the also participated. Not even close.

dawg

Classy JD; very classy. Perhaps UHSAA ought to give you the sportsmanship trophy too "while they are at it".

JM

C'mon Morgan.. Take it to Juan Diego. Go Trojans!!

3A fan

Lets go Morgan vs JD! Hope it is a good game. One thing you can say for sure, regardless of wether JD wins or looses it won't be with class.

As a Judge player I am saying Go Morgan.. Juan Diego is way to Cocky. To bad your #49 not hurt. He is an outstanding football player. One of the very best on your team. You really could have used him!
Go Morgan!
