This was a great game to watch. Was a great example of what a difference speed makes on a good soccer team. Mt. Crest just couldn't match Springville's speed.

I know this game was played At Springville High School, but where? Did They play it at the main field where football plays? Or did they play it at a field behind the school? We drove up there yesterday, but all we saw were some football players throwing a ball around, and some track people it looked like. Thanks for any info.

the game was played at a field behind the school over on the northwest side. That was an amazing game Springville lady devils keep it up girls!!!

I'm a fan of soccer and a Red Devils fan so I went to the game. It certainly did not disappoint in any way. Springville seemed slow the first half and Mountain Crest was just faster to the ball and got a few good breaks. I thought the last minute goal by Springville to bring them within 1 was crucial. The 2nd half was something else as the pace increased and Springville used its size to bring them even. The header to tie it up at 2-2 was one of amazing guts by the young woman who scored it. I think in the end, Springville just wore out MC and I really felt that it was just a matter of time before they won it. The final goal was classic Springville. I'm looking forward to Thursday's game. Don't miss it. Go Devils!!

Springville does not win that game without the help of the 12th man(the one in the yellow shirt). Mountain Crest wins 3-2. Speed was never the problem for Mountain Crest.
