New Mexico State is horrible and USU spanked them last year. But this has a potential to be a very dangerous game for USU if they aren't prepared.

I think USU should win this game but I still don't exactly know how good this USU team really is. They've played far superior opponents in their pre-conference schedule to really tell how they should do in the WAC.

Anyone think that borel looked a little nervous and shaky during the byu game?
USU will win | 11:20 a.m. Oct. 8, 2009
If not, its going to be another long season in Logan. Andersen will have the team prepared. They should take care of business handily.

Also, this game is going to be broadcast on PPV via ESPN Gameplan, so that's an option for watching on TV.

Go Aggies

I think people are forgetting Diondre has thrown only 1 INT in four games and that was late in the Utah game. Sure his pitches on the option have been eratic but overall his security has been great. Next three games for USU, @NMSU, LaTech and Nevada at home are must wins and I think the ags will win those games. Go Aggies!

The game will be broadcast on Altitude Channel 61 on Comcast. The website for Altitude says it will be live at 6 pm. Can't wait to watch the game.

GO AGGIES!!!!

It has been quite clear thus far that the Aggies are better than they were last year, it just hasn't shown up yet in the win column. I am confident that WAC wins will start coming in starting this Saturday. But the NMSU game does still scare me a bit. This is a must win to keep up team morale, and continue to change the football culture at Utah State. Go Aggies!!!

Isn't it already a long season in Logan? They must win 5 more games just to get bowl eligible, and EVERY team can score mega points on them. New Mexico State did beat New Mexico, so don't overlook them.
must win | 4:20 p.m. Oct. 8, 2009
This is a must win for Gary Andersen. He has the team fully prepared. I expected a rout over NMSU.
Going out on a limb | 5:03 p.m. Oct. 8, 2009
It's a safe bet that the Aggies will win this game.

I well be very surprised if Idaho continues win and ends up with a bowl qualifing record. Idaho has yet to play any good teams. I think there's a good chance that Idaho has already won its only WAC game. I think that Utah State, Idaho and New Mexico State will again end the season at the bottom of the conference. I well also be very surprised if Utah State loses to either Idaho or N.M.State. Right now it looks to me that Utah State will have two wins in conference, Idaho one, and N.M.State none. Utah State is still missing skilled players at all positions. Until the Aggies can recruit players that can control the line of scrimage, run the ball without dropping it, catch a pass and throw the ball more that ten yards on 3rd and ten, things are not going to change in Logan.

I for one have seen the Aggies play in person and on the internet tv broadcast during home games. I think they are heads and tails above where they were last year. Expect a confident and poised team to take the field against NMSU! Go Aggies and lets start cranking up the W column!
Only two games, Really? | 8:11 p.m. Oct. 8, 2009
Prepare to be surprised. The Aggies should at least break even in WAC play this year. Last year USU beat Hawaii and lost some very close games. Aggies will be contenders in every WAC game with the exception of BSU. Expect Anderson to have the team motivated each and every week.

Go Big Blue!!!
TV: None? | 10:50 p.m. Oct. 8, 2009
What? My Dish Network programming guide has the game live on channel 447 (Altitute2). Please report accurately, DesNews!
USU should win | 1:25 p.m. Oct. 10, 2009
USU should win but they are in Las Cruces. This USU team really has yet to win a FBS opponent. NMSU will be looking to make statement in this game too since they also have a new coach. I think this is a battle that will be too close for comfort. I give the edge to NMSU but only barely.

Come to think of it I'm not even sure if this is a USU team can win anybody in the WAC this year
Wow! | 6:41 p.m. Oct. 10, 2009
USU is horrible! No way they get bowl eligible. They are sloppy vs. a horrible team. Still the bottom of the WAC.

BYU-haters need to find a recipe for Crow stew. How does it taste?

Wow, what a great game on both sides of the ball. Another nail-biter.

Hall and Bronco have played this game without any guts. In the final play...

Congrats to the defense, and to Andrew George. Hall - unbelievably pathetic.

Mr. Harmon calls it. He couldn't be more right. Way to go Dick.

My heart, and I'm sure many others, have been moved deeply by this experience...

I am a WOT nut and I found the book to be pretty boring overall. I found it...

I want to know more about the book. Why was this review so short? Next time...

Gilbert Arenas is overrated.

It's time for BYU to find another head coach.
