Are you fearful that, perhaps, LDS people might read the ad, and decide to attend that Memorial service and show Christian love and support to the families of those deceased gay men and lesbian women?
Are you fearful that if LDS people see an add for alcohol, coffee, or tobacco they might succumb to temptation and rush to the store to buy some?
