She says she may be one of the most famous mormons on this planet? NOT! I haven't even heard of her, and I'm pretty sure I'm not missing out on anything.

Why is a man acting her role?

Hey "inflated ego", get a clue about what your are speaking before you make a comment.

Hey inflated ego, it's a joke. Sister Dottie is being sarcastic.

Inflated ego's comment - She thinks she's more famous than she is. That's the joke.

I saw the show in the Spring and again Saturday night. This production is better, more layered and Dartsey her friend on the piano is hysterical. It's definitely worth seeing again. I loved it as did my wife.

The dialogue's a trip, but you better have thick skin if you're LDS.

I'm serious. A trip.

There have been many active LDS people who have attended this show. They have LOVED it. Students from BYU who have had their eyes opened to the struggles their fellow students experience. No thick skin necessary--just an open mind. There is power here. You just have to be open to a viewpoint not typically expressed here. The times are changing and it's about love and acceptence. Period.

I have tried twice to listen to sister Dottie on X96 but I can't. She is way too predictable and just plain stupid. Not funny at all. I turn the station every time she comes on.
Maybe I dislike her so because she sounds EXCATALLY like my mother-in-law.
I am now thinking this fact combined with inflated ego's display of extreme "Utah Stupid" that I might just give her another chance.

Anyone know where I can get some tickets?

I am guessing Ms. Hansen saw this opening night. Always the worst time to see any production. I am attending this on Thursday, and after 6 days I am sure the production will be more polished and flow better. S/he will probably have gotten used to the clothing as well. Sister Dottie cracks me up each time I listen, and having grown up LDS and gay I can truly relate to the material.

A waste of time A cute back door approach to promote the gay agenda. A big stretch to call it entertainment.

Having never heard of Dottie I searched the internet for video of her. If the play is anything like what I found online from her I have no interest in seeing it. It wasn't funny and some was quite mean-spirited.

Craig, sounds like you haven't seen the show, but you feel informed enough to tell everyone to skip it. Hmmm, sounds like you're he one with the agenda.
