I am employee of First Quality in PA. Ownership informed us that they are close to buying up property in Utah. They are a good, fast growing company to work for.

That is great - I have heard good things about First Quality as well. It may not be a Tissue plant - The company has a number of business segments that it operates. While primarily a tissue company, it also manufactures diapers and bottled water.
