The Worst Haunted House Ever, is the Asylum 49. Don't even waste your money. The customer service at the ticket counter stinks. The Attraction itself was terrible.
Any Chuck-A-Rama is a haunted house...all year round...the food is soooooo scary!!!
So,is Utah the capital of horror and mayhem?
Have any of you ever read the ghoulish story about the Utah grave robber, who was John Baptiste? It is a true story and quite frightful. This all happened in the Salt Lake Cemetery.
I think, Red Butte Gardens is having an After Dark Garden haunting for little spooks. It's a haunted forest for the younger group of kids.
Ooweey! The Salt Lake City grave robber guys, John Baptistie was a scary guy. I just read about him.
Nightmare on 13th is a great date for sixteen year olds to college students.
The American Fork, Haunted Forest is the best "bang for your buck!" They have really done an excellent job and you will not be dissapointed for sure!
The Salt Lake City Ghost Tours includes the story of grave robber, Jean Baptiste - and at the cemetery no less.
It doesn't matter if the haunted house scares you are not. The point is it is HALLOWEEN. Hooray. Enjoy the best holiday of the year and be grateful for all the fun we have in this state.
Why are they so expensive? Makes it hard to do anything with your children when the economy is still not where it needs to be.
comment... maybe you shouldn't have had children if you couldn't afford them.
Some of these places might not be appropriate for families on a budget, though many do have family rates. Their pricing has little to do with someone's choice whether or not to have children.
The Haunted Hollow at American West Heratige Center was really well done. Bravo! If you get a family delux year pass for around $60 (don't quote me, but that is what I think I paid) you get the pony rides, train ride, corn maze & gourd launcher along with the other stuff they do during the year like the baby animal festival & all the stuff at This is The Place. If you take advantage of it, it is a really good value. I got my money's worth & it has been a lot of fun.
