GM, "but Congress is weighing legislation that could force the automakers to reverse their closure decisions". How many politicians have actually run a business? GM will go out of business with congress providing their invaluble "help". The whole auto industry bailout was a payback to the unions of billions in taxpayer money.
The bailout delayed bancruptcy by a few months and gave the federal government control of GM and Chrysler. Hmmm, what WAS the intent of the bailout?
Funny, I thought GM, let alone Saturn have closed for years...
Saturn was always poorly marketed by GM, which never gave the brand a real chance to flourish.
I've got two; I really like them.
Obamanomics is working sooo well! Golly gee, , I just know with Nancy and Harry at his side, how can we fail!
The saturn was probably the most reliable car made by GM as of late.
Along with good gas mileage.
It was able to compete with the asian cars.
And now they are not being made anymore?
I guess we call as continue to subsidize garbage that GM cranks out.
We have been Saturn owners since 1992 and have been well satisfied with the brand. Our first car is 17 years old and still being driven.
