Best of luck to BJ & Brett. I track my running on a triathalon website (mostly for convenience) - some of the people who also log training data on there are obviously very intense and serious competitors - several hundred hours a week on the bike, in the pool, or putting miiles on their shoes. My hat's off to these folks - triathalons are not for the faint of heart, particularly the Ironmans (everyone who competes in Kona is doing at least 2 Ironman triathalons in the same year) - if one is brutal, what do you think doing 2 is like?
