Comments about ‘High school football: Colts shoot down Eagles, end 20 years of frustration’

Most incredible performance by a QB I have seen in high school. Crosby Jensen was 30-35; 4 TD's; 323 yards and basically won the region championship game. Way to go Colts, must win the region!

I nearly got this one exactly... I predicted 35-21. Same margin. I should have trusted the Colt offense.

Big props to Skyline...people can't forget that this is still a team coached by Dupaix and he showed his ability to out coach even when playing against superior talent. Skyline came out and played right up until the end against a cottonwood team that is starting to click on all cylinders. This was just good high school football!

Whatever happened to Bob Jones son? Bob Jones is the guy that tried to start up the failed USC high school and sports program. Did he end up attending Cottonwood or going somewhere else?

the cottonwood colts need to learn how to play a fair game. no cheap shots, late hits, or anything that people might call disgusting football. 145 yards in personal fouls, with many more that should have been called. this team needs to learn to play fair or karma will get them.

Who was throwing water balloons on Cottonwood's during half time while people were performing? Oh that's right, Skyline. Maybe Skyline should learn some respect.

Skyline fan did you watch the game? I don't remember seeing C-Wood players throwing punches. The refs were wrong on half the late hits called on 'both' sides of the ball. Reputation for years past is killing this team. Your #9 was literally punching C-Wood players why they were on the ground. Dupaix supposedly has disciplined players? Quit being the pot calling the kettle black.

If somebody was actually throwing those, that person has the best arm in the state. Those baloons were launced from the west side OVER the stadium. One cheerleader got clocked, LOL

Seriously every team in Region 4 is almost wishing they get the 2nd or 3rd seed so they get to play Region 1 and Region 2 champioins in the playoffs. It would be the closest thing to automatic win! The hardest hitting and most unpredictable Region this year is Region 4 and could you imagine if Bingham was in this Region and Region 4 gave Hillcrest to Region 3? Riverton might actually win Region for once and the there wouldn't be a powder puff in Region 4!

Region 2 you've got nothing! Your Region champ has already lost big to both Alta and Binghm, and you think something is going to change in the playoffs like your team is the only one getting better or something.lol

Cottonwood is absolutely classless that was disgusting football by the colts. They've also already been in a fight this year. Shows what they teach these kids at their school.

Great game for the receivers as well. Plenty of receivers around the state wish they had 35 balls coming their way each week, and from what I've seen thay're right on the money.
