I come to a newspaper site to read an article, not a novel, Mr. Card. This "column" was way too long, and egregiously terrible, but then again, most of your columns are that way.

Please don't do it again.

Mr. Card took the time to highlight artists and their work. Too few people do that these days. I know I appreciate it and I'm sure the artists do as well.

This article was very self-absorbed. It's not all about you Mr. Card.

To 1:01 am - if you don't like his columns, why on earth are you still reading them?

To 7:55 am - What do you think art critics do? Which Mr. Card isn't by the way, he's a writer. Art is an interactive medium, and to write about how a piece affects the viewer is a completely legitimate way to critique it. Most writing about art is completely inane and unreadable, this was personal and approachable.

If you don't like art than you probably don't like all of Gods creations here on earth. God was quite a talented artistic when it came to designing animals, flowers and all other earthly beauty. Take for instant the Baboon, Lemar, Birds with decorative feathers, and the very funny looking fish deep within the sea. God especially had a great sense of humor when it came to creating animals. Art is a creation. There will be artists in heaven. Some may even be Gods, who knows?

To Paint the world,

"If you don't like art than you probably don't like all of Gods creations here on earth."

A particularly love the "art" god created when cancerous retroviruses were created. Have you ever seen a diseased cancerous lung? Beautiful! The artistic insight! The admirable use of color and shading!

[Don't you think it is time to redocorate your Barbie bedroom, take off the Mickey Mouse ears, and join the real world?]
