. . . a standard "downwinder" knee-jerk reaction to this proposal, it should be pointed out that the Clean And Environmentally Safe Advanced Reactor (CAESAR) and other innovative reactor types will use this nearly-harmless depleted uranium as fuel.

Many tons of stored, already-extracted and processed DU could go a long way to providing cheap and accessible carbon-neutral energy to Utah.
