This article must have been taken out of context because what does being rude have to do with being civilized?
Sure there is a lot of rudeness but that is a part of our rights. The new generations are what they are and being rude is a part of it where all their lives they have been taught that they don't have to think of anyone else but themselves. It's in our schools, our laws, and in our justice system. We are teaching the youth that we are a society of individuals, not a nation with common goals or responsibilities to others.
How can this article compare civilization with rudeness? What is missing in america is civilized morals and ethics and right and wrong. It's all a part of the division of america in to sub cultures and culture laws. The unification of america has been segregated by culture, race, income, job, and citizenship status, etc. And we are teaching our children this way of life in schools, events, and public venues.
Being an american in america has become unpopular and considered a disgrace to our constitution.
