If this was the other way around, Pikula would have been found guilty already, if he would not of been gunned down by 10 Salt Lake cops on the way to jail, if they did not let him bleed to death 1st.

I understand the process that follows an officer related shooting, but it seems the victim will be overshadowed by his criminal history. Very understandable that as a peace officer you're never off duty, but there are exceptions to the rule. If your judgment is impaired by alcohol, prescriptions, etc. then don't carry your weapon, drive your patrol car, or report for duty. What determines the threat of bodily harm, the size of the attacker? If so we have justified the shooting of any polynesian or persons large in stature involved in any aggressive altercation. I can't cast a stone because I don't know the whole story, but hopefully the outcome will be judged by the individuals acts during the incident and not their past.

Reading reviews of Green Street Club, altercations ending in violence seem to be common. Too many incidents of racial conflicts. Does the atmosphere provoke the confrontations? You don't seem to hear or see the same situation with other clubs to this level.

Well I know JJ, he works for me, has for over a yr. And yes he has done alot to change his life. And has come a long way. He was excited to get married. His couzin works for me too. They have big hearts and are good workers. J J is greatly missed and our customers that know him would say the same. Has anyone done something wrong and regreted or learned from it? He has paid his due to society. J J is a good guy and I hope he gets well soon. And I hope justice is served.
