When are the courts going to get it right before the people takes these individuals and serve up their own brand of justice!Where is the moral outrage at the courts not doing jobs or half ass doing it.Granted our jails are over crowded but keeping inmates on death row for 20 years ain't cutting it!If you put these people down say in 2 years and change the sentencing guidelines these bozos might get the point and not do these type of things!

The guy does all that and gets probation ? You know these judges are voted in and can be voted out.
