And how many Utah Judges are Democrates? SO you would most likely have 4 Republicans and 1 Democrate on this so called panel...... Talk about abouse of power and secrecy.

And this is why citizens want it in the form of a law, so that party politics can't ignore it in their own favor, no matter who holds a majority.

How arrogant that those who would seek to make the rules the citizens have to live by would attempt to avoid having to live by a rule that 85% of their very own would have them do.

If they're clean, they have nothing to fear. Those that oppose should be scrutinized closely, for they are the most likely to abuse the power given them BY THE PEOPLE.

Credibility is critical for citizen support. Citizens should be able to make complaints, and those who abuse the process should be accountable for their harassment.

Without ethics, the legislative branch is dead.
