The Endangered Species Act is one of the most insidious power grabs ever perpetrated by the government. All they have to do to transfer control of YOUR land to the government is to "discover" (plant) some obscure life form on your property and PRESTO! you no longer have control of your property. I envision the day when every square inch of US soil will be discovered to have some sort of "endangered specie" present. The Marxist destruction of all property rights is the eventual goal.
