You guys beat us hands down. Every penalty seemed to go our way and we still couldn’t beat you. I have no idea how you ever lost to Bingham. Your team is superior to any team we have faced. Just looking across the sidelines, you can’t but help notice all those horses. Congratulation on your win.

Curious George

"Hart finished with 324 yards on 35 completions"
Geez How many times does a high school QB throw the ball now days? Im guessing he had to have thrown the ball at least 50 times right?

To Curious George

And you would have rather seen what 35 handoffs for -324 yards.

Alta Alum

I haven't missed a game yet and it looked like Alta was at its best last night. I have also been really impressed with Alta's Tight End. The kid's a sophmore and has been punishing opponents. 2 tds last night.

Re: Jordan Fan

You're not a Jordan fan, nice try. The calls were ridiculus. Still wouldn't have made a difference but very one sided.

Hey Jordan D - when Alta has their back up players in to run the clock out - don't let them run up the middle for a 50 td.

Hey Jordan safety - another one just went over your head.

to curious george

when you can't run, you pass.

Alta

Nice Defense, great job Coach Halbert!

QB

Don't think there is any question as to who the top QB in the state is. Managed the game well.

Good job Brown and Company, I mean Mr. Football

Jordan

SAME OL JORDAN, SAME OL RESULTS

HS football fan

Sounds like a star qb in the making.

Alta Fan

Great game Alta! Hey "Alta Alum", just to set the record straight, the sophomore TE only made 1 td, not 2. He almost had the first td but was stopped. That kid must be a rock though, because they couldn't bring him down. Finally, just had to shove him out of bounds.

Alta defense was so tough and the QB was right on. With the team Alta has now, there is no stopping them.

Way to go Alta! State all the way!

jtown

how'd you guys lose to bingham??????????
our defense... sucks
your defense... doesn't
good job hart
great job brown
hammond did a great job

Re: Curious George

Your right Hart completed 35/48 which comes to 73%, against the toughest D in the state! Not too bad huh? I know this comment is from a PG, QB fan. I wonder what his completion percentage was last night? I'm sure not even close! Keep tryin!

Jordan

Poor game plan + poor effort + poor secondary = Huge loss in a big game!

What else is new?

ACTUALLY

ACTUALLY LLOYD WON THE GAME YESTERDAY...

YOU GUYS GET WAY TO CAUGHT UP IN THE STATS AND NOT IN THE WINS.

Re:Re: Curious George

Isn't it funny how the Utah County schools think they are so great and then they play Salt Lake Country and they get rocked! The same could be true for Davis County schools.

Interesting note, probably the two best QB's were playing in the Alta/Jordan game and I won't say who is #1 and who is #2 because that may just be decided by who goes further in the post season. What I can say is that 35 for 48 at 73% (Hart)is super nice when you're playing a high powered D, now think of 15 for 19 at 79% (Brown) with more passing yards on half the attempts which is just as nice even though Jordans D needs help. Think about it, both these QB's were suppose to play for the same school! Hart made the best decision for his future, and both players are capitalizing.

Sorry!

I didn't mean Salt Lake "country" I intended Salt Lake County! The 'r' slipped in there.

Re:ACTUALLY

Since when does one player win a football game? Last I checked there were 11 players on the field, and more than that in practice and throughout the game.

Didn't PG play Hillcrest? Why would you need your QB to win that game?

Alta

Nice Job Alta, great win. Keep it going, what a great team!!!!

Football

Did Hunt play last night?
