Great article! The Milligan's are neighbor's of ours and we are amazed at their passion for running and life. They are such a humble couple so it has been nice to read about them and see a little more into their world!

We're tired just reading all you've been through and will still do. We know the two of your are amazing people and we will be cheering for you. Hope to see you next month for the St. George Marathon, may be the last time until the kids get back from Japan in three years. They are going to miss all you do for them and Sophia. So glad Mark sent the article on to us to read. Tip, don't hang an anchor around your neck as a good luck charm.
