Great Story.... What I want to know is after 37 years why seperate??? Just don't talk to eachother and one day one you might fine you are OK with eachother hanging out.LOL This is a mess!!! Good Luck to the Court.

pretty simple

They claimed to be married, they then "married" in the temple in addition to their claim of legal marriage. 37 years is more than enough time to change your mind....the court should rule it a marriage.

absurdity

They lie to their families, they lie to their attorneys, they lie to the judge - then SHE expects them all to consider the truth, but still allow her to continue to rake in the absurdly large alimony she is supposedly "due" for being "married" to him.
I hope the whole things gets thrown out. She can't be trusted. He is bringing the truth to light, because he doesn't feel he should have to pay. He PROPOSED to her, more than once - and she said NO, more than once. I don't blame him one bit. This is absurdity by definition!
