Online predators often start with porn and you will also find a disproportionate percentage of predators in the State of Utah. I wonder why? It really makes you think.

To "Sleeping Lion:" Wrong! California has the disproportionate number of predators. But here they are excepted. Utahites won't put up with them and instead hunt them down and stick them in the slammer where they belong. Go, Utah!

is this story trying to say that a person that views online porn is more likely to become a predator? As opposed to a person that views porn in another media?
Viewing porn in and of itself does not turn a normal, nice , decent person into a predator, that is already in a persons heart.
Is it possible that a predator is just using the means available to him/her? Pedophiles have traded in child porn with Polaroids now they trade digital images over the net, the crime is just as horrible now as it was back then.

Predators are porn addicts and therefore porn addicts will become predators is a completely FALSE line of logic.

All of the data displayed in this story showed NO relation to using porn and then becoming a predator, that was completely anecdotal. (Barely).

Predators have problems and they also look at porn but porn is a multi-billion dollar industry with millions and millions of users. Predators and porn shows no cause and effect.

I am not advocating porn but making stuff up and demonizing porn users as "future predators" will not help the problem, its a scare tactic.

ALL PREDATORS ARE porn addicts,

while not ALL porn addicts will not become addicts,

porn addcition is a neccessary step,

PORN does affect everyone, to varying degrees, but DOES affect everyone.

THER have been brain scans of people viewing porn or after view porn, and ALL were affected.

POrn has been shown to affect the mind like a drug, is addicting, and tolerance is built up so more stronger porn, or OTHER GREATER stimulating activity is neecessary to get same effect.

If affects your view of the opposite sex, your self, your relatinonships, and so on.

AND THERE is NO guarantees how or what degree it will affect you.

There is NO valid research in support of these fear-mongering claims.
