Accident injures 2, closes Bangerter Highway

I don't know what happened, but if I had to venture a guess, it had to do with speed and not paying attention. We all need to stop and think and remember that we are not the only ones in a hurry to get home.

All I need to know is that I was stuck in that traffic jam for almost 45 minutes. Hope they were okay..

This is yet another accident caused by drivers who have not been trained in safe driving. Until the legislature provides adequate funding for driver education, accidents like this will continue to happen.

The biggest problem with Bangerter Hwy is that it was originally designed to be a freeway and then funding was cut. However, people continue to treat it like a free way. People need to seriously slow down and PAY ATTENTION! It's not the autobon people! And your time is not more valuable than the other people's lives.

Thank GOD that the child was in such a enormous vehicle or he would never have survived. People need to slow down and remember that the speed limits are posted for a reason. Bangerter Hwy is not a place to speed or not pay attention.

What everyone needs to realize is that a family was hurt! Not just two people, but a entire family, mothers, siblings, grandparents, and even great grand parents. Stop before yout judge. You do not know the entire situation unless you were involved! Lets be greatful that these people are alive, yes they have problems but they are alive. Lets stop spewing nonsense. people's life's were hurt in this, and do you think your comments about driving will make it any better? I do not think so. Why can we not all be kind and understand? And walk a day in somebody elses shoes before you judge!
