will not succeed this year with their new Offensive Co. 90% pass with a QB that struggles
That was by far the worst Lone Peak game I have ever seen. What has happened to the stud defensive's of Lone Peak past? Coach, opening drive you pass the ball all the way down the feild. Then 4 straight up the gut plays? How about a little play action pass?. Sprint Pedersen out so he can pass or run. It's obvious that your offensive line can not block. Your going to go 0-4 in preseason if we don't get it together.Come on guys!
This artical led me to believe that only LP was playing. Nothing was mentioned about Bountiful's defense or their offensive ability to score 30 points. BHS was there. I saw them play. Great reporting...yes?
Braves Rock the Casbah
TRY PLAYING DEFENSE WHEN YOUR OFFENSE HAS 8 TURNOVERS INSIDE THE 30 THEN LETS TALK.
I hear Knight fans talk every year of how this is the year. The same athletes win in other sports but football continues to struggle. Why is it? That was the most unprepared Knight team I have ever seen. I wanted to believe the hype, but once again I think I will be burned if I do. I hope I am wrong, but some big changes are needed.
I just wanted to make a comment about the layout of the field. Who put the home team looking into the sun or the first half of the game? Why are the visitors given the shady side? Also, the water came on in the fourth quarter and soaked the fans of Bountiful.
Interesting huh?
What a sad excuse of a offensive line. What a poor show on offense. Give the defense a break- That was thw worst prepared LP team in a long time. Ugly coaching.
Great job boys. Get ready for Spanish Fork next week, because they look tough. They were a very good team last yeare in 5a and have most their guys back. I had a cousin who has a son on Mnt View at their game and he said they have a lot of weapons. I think we will need another solid showing like last night. If we get it we should beat them as well. Good luck. Go Braves!
Bountiful totally dominated your defense. They ran any play they wanted against you at will. The offensive line needs to spend more time hitting the weights in the off season. To late now, be prepared for 0-5. I agree the worst prepared team I have seen. Brave you had opur number all night, great job. Knights I expect more out of you then what I saw on that field. You havent had a real team since 2006.
Looks like Alta is going to have a nice leisurely cruise through region play this year...
I happen to know LP well. Coached against them the last 2 years. They are not going to lose many games this year. They had a bad game. Big deal. It was game 1 of a long and meaningless pre season. They have very good athletes and will be fine. Relax.
Fans get rid of coach Morgan and now fans are crying big time for another new coach. HA HA!! Coach Morgan got the team to the finals how many times???
What? A new coach? Are you kidding? One game folks. Holy cow Alpine residents. Relax it is one game. Sometimes life is tough for a week or two even in the perfect little town of Alpine. You will be ok, your team will win. Chill out.
This is the coaches 2nd year.
Give coaches time. Let them teach values and good fundamentals. If you do so the wins will naturally follow.
