NO...MEANS...NO!
I am relieved that the girl was not raped...but she WAS humiliated and she WAS harmed.
I am in favor of public caning for cretens like these boys.
One man will spend years in prison for aggravated sexual assault and kidnapping of a minor. This is 15 years and life on the list of sex offenders?
Anonymous, your point was what? The girl will probably relive this experience for life.
Anonymous, you think this guy shouldn't be punished? You're in luck. He probably will get away with a month in jail and community service. If this had happened to you, would you want the guy to do real time?
The guy will not get a slap on the wrist. He will most likely spend a lot of time in prison and a minimum of 25 years on the registry. He made a bad choice at the expense of a 16 year old girl. This act on his part and two minors, who may also could be charged as adults, could be considered rape as the girl said many times, no!
