Did he tie himself to the inner tube so that when the tube flipped over he was stuck facing upside down under water?
It might have been a float tube. One site says kayak, another says raft. It is hard to say.
I talked to his Bother but i don't have all the details, I do know he was tubing and not Kayaking or Rafting, I will try and get more Info If i Can but the Family is grief struck right now so I can't tell you if will be able to get more info at least for now, we are all going to miss him very much he was a real good guy
That is really terrible. I was driving right by there at the exact time it happened. I saw one brother waving cars down and the car in front of me stopped and ran to help. By the time I realized what had happend it was too late to turn around, but I knew something was definately wrong so I called 911. It is very sad and I wish his family my sincere condolences.
I hope Heath Park will rest in peace. He was such a wonderful person. I have may good childhood memories with him.
