Nice pickup by Morgan Scalley. (Again) This kid looks like he has a nice frame at 6'5" and could easily put on some more weight. He runs a 4.8 forty which means he's as fast as Jake Heaps. LOL

The state of the state

Football in the state of Utah is really healthy now and the future is looking even brighter. If you look at the two programs, Utah and BYU, you'll see that they are smoking their rivals in recruiting classes this year. BYU is just about done and has 16 players ranked 3 stars or above. Utah has 12 but still has room for about 10 more recruits. In years past, 3 stars seemed to be the ceiling for recruits at these schools and now it's the floor. TCU is slipping behind and Boise looks like they're in trouble.

Sounds

like a nice get for the utes. At least this one was being recruited by other schools.

Is a recruiting machine! Nice work, Morgan!

Utah Mann

Nice get coach Whit and coach Scalley!!! This kid runs a 4.8 as well. He could play corner at the team down south!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Nice to hear

Nice to hear a kid cares about education: " the university's sports medicine program (an area of study he plans to pursue)."

Ben White

Indeed. This kid could be battling for time in the secondary at the school down south. I think that Utah will be right at the top for years to come.

star system stinks

This guy has 1 star on scout.com but 14 scholoarship offers including ones from the pac10, big 12 and Acc conferances. That should tell you all you need to know about scout.com. Beyond that the star system, especially before the senior season, is a joke.

d-end

watch out for this guy to play d end or d tackle with that speed and frame. If not I am sure he will be fine on the o line.

Sorry fools!

SUU already has corner backs. But thanks for offering!
