Seriously? This article made no sense. What is the DesNews thinking?

I enjoyed hearing about the vacation ideas and time with grandchildren, etc. Making memories is what a vacation is all about.

Sherry ... just got back from a great week driving from Santa Barbara up to Glacier National Park and back and getting ready for a "bucket list" trip to Peru in less than three weeks. My wife and I love your columns ... keep 'em coming.

I love September! Between my family and my husband's, almost every day is a family birthday. I love the back-to-school feel with new friends, new classes, new clothes, and new adventures waiting. I love summer with the unstructured days, but getting back into a routine feels great, too. And the fall colors, harvest smells, and cool mornings are like the best kind of chocolate!

I love Sherry's articles! I don't know how she does it every month, but there's always something fun and interesting to read from her. I look forward to her column every month and am never disappointed. Just reading this article makes me realize she has some lucky grandkids...you can tell she adores them and has a great time with them. Can't wait to hear the next story she's got up her sleeve...maybe something cute about those grandkids!

With so many columns dedicated to the raising of children, or the stresses of being a mother, or the importance of the latest style, it is wonderful to read a column about the joys (and battles) of growing older. Heaven knows, there are lots of us grandmas out there. I appreciate what you write about, because I'm going through it too. You write well. In fact, I can picture you in my mind as I read your words. Keep writing! We need a voice.

Love reading Sherry's musings. Like visiting with a good and wisely observant friend, who understands a lot about life. She does a wonderful job of capturing and expressing those observations, the ones that many of us sense but don't know quite how to put into words. Kudos to Sherry for doing it for us!

I too love reading Sherry's columns. There is a great mix of wisdom, humor, fun and great thought-provoking reading. The Deseret News and we readers are lucky to have her! Keep up the great work!
