Trust you to defend obnoxious, screaming, boorish people as long as they're "conservatives." And why aren't you allowing my posts to surface?

And I Trust you to defend obnoxious, screaming, boorish people as long as they're "LIBERALS"

HOwe about letting EVERYONE speak OUT regardless if agree with them or not.

And stop BLINDLY accepting the liberal version of everything.

The real cause of these public outbursts is more likely the cram-down politics of Pelosi, the democrats and the Obama Administration, even more than health care. This is especially true after the cram-down politics of the republicans and Bush Administration, Social Security Reform, Dubai Ports deal. I think the voters thought that they had gotten something different in the 2008 election. Different yes, better no.

"Anti-American" to have differing opinions, but they should be informed opinions and shouldn't be "Ruckus"(from either side). Right now, we have some people causes "ruckus" about things they sometimes don't know the facts about (or not wanting to know). I am a previous insurance professional that feels strongly that we need to do something to fix our insurance system. I don't scream and shout it, but I do make well informed comments to people (and to blogs) that I know a lot about. We should have our debates in a civilized manner having research and knowledge to back up our claims. This is how we work through problems in government, workplaces and families.

The sentiments in the article are opposed to change, such as learning a better way to deal with problems, other than the historically loud -and sometimes even violent- ways of the past. Just because we used to do it doesn't make it OK.
No trust in government | 8:27 a.m. Aug. 17, 2009
Unfortunately, people have lost trust in government, and they feel the only way to make themselves heard is to stand up and shout. No one listens otherwise. After all, it was the government who STOLE money from our Social Security system, which is now in big trouble. It is the government who can't run the postal service efficiently, even after all these years. Why would we trust them with our health care!!!

Thank God we don't get as much government as we pay for.

And let's hope it stays that way.
