Thanks Scott for the heads-up. As a father of 5, I've locked all Nick stations. I think they're showing their true colors!

Bill, as a 'father of 5' I am pleased that you want to protect your kids from objectionable material. But do you really want to lock out all of the Nick channels? What about SpongeBob? An outing to the Krusty Krab is what all children young and old look forward to over and over everyday, contantly.... Anyway, any television built in the last decade will let you lock out a rating instead of the whole channel. Give it a thought and lets all 'drop to the deck and flop like a fish'!

Why are you going to lock out all the Nick stations? This show is only going to be on Nick at Nite. Nicktoons TV, Noggin, etc. are all still perfectly fine for kids.

Seriously, where have all the good cartoonists gone? I want my Genndy Tartakovskys back. Cartoon Network, Nick, Disney, even PBS are now filled with inane cartoons. Adult Swim, CN's late-night offerings for the not-quite-ready-to-be-an-adult crowd has nothing of any lasting value on nowadays, and I haven't found Nick @ Nite compelling for over a decade now, "Home Improvement" notwithstanding.

Yet, for some reason, execs tell us that "Family Guy" gets ratings. And this show is right up Family Guy's alley. The only wayt it gets ratings is if we watch it. So...don't. That's really the only way to effect change. Cartoons are edgy--they explore the fringe and expose us to ideas that are avant-garde. I get that. But these cartoons aren't. They're rehashing old jokes, old routines, sometimes with a tasteless twist.

I'm beginning to suspect that they WANT us to turn off the TV and go read some books during primetime.
