Kudo's to them

At least one city in Utah understands operating within their means. A common sense approach to our economic collapse that is justified and realistic.

Now if the rest of the cities and the state would follow suit and use some common sense in government services that cannot be supported, especially in the welfare end of government. It is not governments responsibility to provide welfare or personal financial assistance to citizens or illegals. Welfare is not a right either, caring for ones self is your right and responsibility. Having responsible government means having responsible citizens.

Understanding

Let's see how happy the cost cutting citizens are when they start whining about storm drain issues, or water, not having nice enough parks, and lack of quality city employees.
For every hypocrite who wants government to run like a business they sure have problems with profit and increasing costs.
