Sometimes I forget why we send people to prison? It seems as if it's summer camp for criminals. All of them should be on 24 hour lockdown. If they don't like that, "DON'T GO THE PRISON." That would be considered "Cruel and Unusual" punishment I guess. The system doesn't work.
