Stephan Jon Lasiloo was my cousin and I loved him like a brother. I grew up with Stephan. He DID NOT deserve to be shot. He has got two babies at home who won't ever know who their daddy is. I would like to point out that Stephan WAS NEVER IN A GANG. This "Joshua Buie" better spend the rest of his life in prison. He has destroyed so many lives.

I agree. He should spend his life in prison wether he is juvenille or not. 15 years isn't enough because 15 years from now stephan won't be back. I was friends with stephan for years and he was one of the sweetest guys I have ever met. RIP stephan we love you and miss you.

God will be the ultimate judge of man...I do not condone murder both families will mourn and he that judge shall be judged as well. It's a terrible lost again on both sides of the family.

I was good friends with Stephan at Midvale Middle, Stephan was never affiliated in any gang, he was a great kid full of life and very active in playing football and basketball, he was a very mature and responsible teen throughout middle school. I remember when he had moved to Vernal to get away from the negative in our neighborhood, he did a great job in doing so i hadn't seen stephan since he had moved away but when i heard the news it crushed me and the rest of his friends that knew him from school. I hope that Buie spends the rest of his life in prison for the justice that stephans children will never have any memories of how great of a father they had, my heart goes out to the lasiloo family, everyone that has ever known stephan lost something when he passed away he may not be with us anymore but his spirit will always live,Rest in Peace.... we love and miss you

Stephan I miss you bro! I was really good friends with stephan, I let him live with me and my brother for a long time when he needed a place to stay. He didnt deserve any of this. Joshua better spend the rest of his life in prison, he doesnt deserve to live either I think they should give him the same punishment as he gave Stephan.
