All this from a State that cannot control their spending. Sounds like a good idea, maybe California will declare bankruptcy and put this crazy state out of business.
Misguided by fools who lead them!
need to prepare for a changing climate, but since little if any climate changes are caused by human actions, our actions will make little difference on what happens. Since it has cooled since 1989, and it appears that sun activity will be slightly reduced until at least 2030, the change may not be what is currently expected.
