Wow, i just read this story, and i agree with getting charged as an adult if your old enough to take a life then should be old enough to do the time. My mother was killed by a 16 year old back in 1987 and that 16 year old was the first teen in utah to get charged as an adult( THANK GOD ). It took my moms death for the law to pass but no one deserves there life taken, expecially over something SO STUPID a fight, my mom was taken for the same reason but she was stabbed 12 times. Thats just sad His kids lost there dad, and that is something they will never get over. I want to send out my prayers to the family and my condolences. I am very sorry for you loss.
Hmm, an iPod eh? That was the reason, a freaking ipod? That's just not worth it.
Quick and sure.....Excellent example of why our court system has failed us all. Quick and sure punishment may not stop all these loose-canons, but will sure stop this nut from further abuse.
Nobody wins in this situation. This "boy" will be sent to prison if he is guilty and he will just learn how to be a better criminal. The victim's family have lost a lovedone in a violent and horrific way and they will never be the same.I am sad for everyone involved and my thoughts and prayers are with "all" of the victims in this tragic crime.
Explain to me why Mr. Campos' case is any different?
