It really shows just how far the pro-illegal group will go to force us to relax our immigration enforcement. Putting ads in newspapers for jobs already filled.

And what about the businesses that were involved with this fraud? They should be standing next to this lawyer and facing the same charges of defrauding american citizens of jobs and the state and federal governments of tax evasion.

You can't have justice until all parties committing the fraud and illegal actions of employing illegal aliens.

If the businesses knowingly committed illegal acts, they should be there, too. However, most businesses hire attorneys for their expertise on items for which they have little or no knowledge. I would guess most businesses had no idea of the illegal activities.

Also, 5,500 visas vs. 100,000+(more?) undocumented workers in Utah alone, why is so much effort being made to prosecute those who were trying to be legal over the hundreds of businesses which hire illegals. Isn't that the bigger problem?
