The federal estate tax exemption for 2009 is $3,500,000, not $2,000,000.

Your right Mayhem, I think I would be a little apprehensive about going to this CPA if he is unaware of something as simple as the current federal estate tax exemption. This Homer Simpson moment calls for a good, loud D'OH!!!
